If she couldn’t accompany us to show us a property, she would make arrangements to have someone from her office meet us there. When we made an offer, she showed us all the comps and helped us devise a strategy to offer a fair but competitive price. And then when we sold our property, Sonam strategically planned consecutive open houses so that we received an offer the next week. I also know that she helped advise first-time home buyers during the sale of our home.
